IBS Precision Engineering offers solutions for geometric problems. We develop unique solutions for anything that is difficult to measure. Custom-made, according to your wishes and exactly tailored to your requirements. Such as maximum accuracy, more efficiency or more productivity. Besides the special machines mentioned on this website (Isara 400, Susan, Vera) IBS Precision Engineering has developed many other (measuring) machines exactly to our customer’s specifications like he Lara, a stage qualification tool. (see images below)

For which measurements can you have bespoke systems made? Measurements of dimensions, form and surface quality are just some of the examples. Roundness, cog or positioning measurements, to name a few more. Then there are analysis tools to analyse production processes and machines, or adjustment tools and calibration systems. We would also be more than happy to help you automate your measurement processes.

To be able to develop a measurement system for your particular needs, we start with preliminary research, an analysis in situ, and we put ourselves in your shoes. We engross ourselves in your problem. The more we know, the better we can be of service to you. The insights we gain this way are combined with knowledge, our own vision, creativity and ingenuity. This means you can count on an intelligent and user-friendly measuring system that will likely exceed your expectations! 

We produce tailor-made measuring systems as one-off units or in small series. This also includes the software. This is done by our own staff, in our own workshops. This does not only advance the quality of your equipment, but also the progress of your project.
